Description

This course gives students a chance to experience many forms of physical activity, including but not limited to, cardio, weight training, core training, yoga, pool workouts, circuit training, and competitive sports (soccer, basketball). The variety of activities will enable students to assess their current level of physical fitness and determine what they enjoy doing for a workout. By the end of the course, students will be able to create their own workout plan to use in the future. P/NP only. May be repeated for credit. Additional course information for fall 2020.
