Description

This course will teach the basics of running with an emphasis on learning to train and run wisely. The overall goal is to teach you have to incorporate running as a part of your overall fitness and health regimen. You will learn how to gradually build your endurance. Strength training, stretching, and injury prevention will also be covered. P/NC only. May be repeated for credit. Additional course information for fall 2020.
