Description

This course utilizes circuits as a means to build strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. During circuits, students move from station to station completing different exercises, with the exercises performed using short bursts of energy and minimal rest. Elements of strength training, agility and plyometric work, cardio, yoga, and core training, among others, will be completed during the circuits. P/NP only. May be repeated for credit. Additional course information for fall 2020.
