Description
Using basic principles of exercise physiology, this physical education course is designed to improve general fitness and athletic performance. Enrolled students will undergo an initial fitness assessment, goal setting and periodic fitness evaluations to monitor progress. Students will be exposed to high-intensity training protocols specifically designed to enhance: Speed, Power, Coordination, Strength and Endurance-all key elements for performance in competitive sport and other fitness related activities.�P/NC only. May be repeated for credit. ��
