Body&Strength Interval Training (PE 020B PO (UG20))
Semester: Fall Term 2020 (UNDG)
Class focus: Strength training that will utilize your own body weight while also incorporating weights. Workouts are high intensity and will mix cardiovascular development and overall strength building. Exercises are timed and done in a group setting. P/NC grading only. May be repeated 8 times for credit. Additional course information for fall 2020.
