Description

Kundalini Yoga is a technology consisting of exercise and breathing techniques that can be practiced by anyone. It meets you where you are. It strengthens the body, promotes flexibility, and activates and circulates the Life Force flowing through the body. This promotes relaxation, self-healing, and personal growth. A complete system, it includes posture, breath, mental focus, music, mantra, visualization, meditation, and deep relaxation. Its effects include structural alignment, a strong nervous system, and a balanced glandular system. This class has been running unbroken for almost 50 years at the Claremont Colleges! P/NC only. May be repeated for credit. Additional course information for fall 2020.
