Description
Continuation of the student's journey in Traditional Shotokan (JKA) style Karate, encompassing Intermediate/Advanced (green, brown, black belt level) blocks, strikes, kicks, Kata (forms), controlled (pre-arranged) sparring and self-defense. We will use pads to augment kicking & striking techniques. The class will be safe, engaging, challenging and fun.
