Description
This class provides an opportunity for you to get exercise through fun-filled workouts reminiscent of your childhood days on the playground. We will run, jump, hit, throw and laugh a lot while playing all of your old favorite games. We�ll start out with the schoolyard classics and let the group decide on other activities as the semester progresses. The success of this class is totally dependent on the group of people involved. All that is required is for you to bring a good attitude and to be ready to play. It will be the most enjoyable exercise you can get at the Claremont Colleges! P/NC only. May be repeated for credit.
